Class Descriptions

Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on! Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise! 

WHAT TO WEAR: Wear what’s comfortable for you – fitted, flexible fabrics are recommended. FOOTWEAR: Supportive cross-trainers are great, but any athletic shoe will work. A towel can be helpful AND, of course WATER!!!

An energizing dance fitness class featuring Latin International music. Zumba mixes low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. You’ll burn lots of calories and have FUN doing it!!

Perfect for those who are new to Zumba as well as active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates all the original moves and provides all the benefits of Zumba at a lower-intensity.

The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Class focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance!
