A LITTLE ABOUT ME
Zumba® and dance fitness classes are the perfect way to share my life-long passion for all things dance and fitness! I’ve been a Zumba Instructor since May 2021 and I have 16-years experience as a dance teacher (tap, jazz, ballet, lyrical, hip hop). My latest passion is ballroom dancing, especially the Latin rhythms! Zumba incorporates a variety of Latin rhythms and creates a dance party-like atmosphere which allows me to exercise and get my SHINE on!  EVERYONE can join in the fun! No dance experience required!

It’s my desire to create an experience that’s fun and safe with no judgement. The important thing is you show up for yourself and have FUN!! So come join us, I guarantee you will have a blast! Got questions, don’t hesitate to drop me a message!
